The Light Division's headquarters employs 520 people in innovation, R&D and laboratory testing of lighting systems (headlamps, rear lamps, interior lighting, etc.).

The Lighting Controller Platform team

The team is currently seeking a Project Manager M/F whose role will be to ensure that projects run smoothly, in accordance with the quality, budget, and deadline requirements specified by clients and in line with assigned profitability targets.

Your challenges

• Manage Valeo’s OEM and internal projects (costs, quality, deadlines)
• Plan the team’s activities and ensure that project milestones are met
• Coordinate all internal stakeholders (engineering, procurement, quality, launch) and be functionally responsible for them
• Plan and monitor project resources
• Coordinate the resolution of technical issues and those related to customer satisfaction
• Manage all project‑related changes and coordinate activities within the team
• Define and manage budgets
• Set objectives for team members and evaluate their performance
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor progress using key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Communicate project status to the Valeo organization

What about you?

You hold a master’s degree (or equivalent) in Electronics, Embedded Systems, or a related field, and have at least 10 years of professional experience (including 5 years as a Project Manager) in the electronic products sector.

Recognized for your interpersonal and communication skills, you have developed a broad perspective on your areas of expertise, enabling you to effectively synthesize information.

Experience In The Automotive Industry Is Preferred

You must be fluent in English.
