Lifecycle Marketing Lead – AI-Native Growth

Alma is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Lead to own the B2B lifecycle from lead to active merchant. Design and run journeys to drive revenue across onboarding, activation, retention and win-back, using live data segments across industry, size, country, TPV and product usage.

You will migrate our lifecycle off HubSpot, define data models, consent and deliverability, and work closely with Growth, Data and Sales.
