Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute end‑to‑end lifecycle marketing programs that increase customer acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Manage and optimize the CRM platform, ensuring data integrity, segmentation accuracy, and seamless integration with marketing automation tools.
- Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and revenue attribution to inform strategy and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—product, sales, and customer success—to align messaging, nurture flows, and upsell opportunities.
- Lead the development of dashboards, reports, and insights for executive leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or CRM leadership roles.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data segmentation, attribution modeling, and performance reporting.
- Excellent communication and project management abilities, able to influence stakeholders across the organization.
- Experience in a fast‑growth SaaS or tech environment is a plus.
