Role Overview

As a Customer Solutions Manager, you will be part of the sales team and work closely with the founding team to bring our platform into the healthcare system. You will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships.

You will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment between customer needs and Biolevate’s solutions.

We are looking for someone curious, ready to take initiative, who is willing to engage with clients to understand their needs and identify the best ways to address them.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and qualify new opportunities in targeted sectors including Pharma, MedTech and cosmetics
• Develop a deep understanding of client sectors and needs to propose tailored solutions
• Manage contract negotiations and guide deals through to closure
• Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success teams to optimize client experience and business opportunities

Client success

• Support clients in defining their needs and provide optimal solutions
• Conduct product demos and effectively communicate the platform’s value proposition during client interactions
• Lead client onboarding and POC follow-up to ensure successful adoption and demonstrate the platform’s benefits

Client relationship management

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Stay up to date on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to anticipate expectations

Company representation and external presence

• Participate in events throughout the year, represent Biolevate and promote the company's image to clients and prospects

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or Engineering (5+ year's experience in sales, business development, or account management if degree is business only)
• Strong ability to understand and adapt to client needs
• Excellent skills in presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building
• Experience with CRM platforms and sales productivity tools
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English required, additional languages are a plus
