Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Lagos Mainland. As a Life Planner, you will be responsible for identifying clients' insurance needs, providing tailored life insurance solutions, and building strong, lasting client relationships. You will engage in insurance sales, market research, and promotional activities to drive customer satisfaction and achieve business targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in Insurance and General Insurance practices.
- Proficiency in Sales and Marketing techniques with the ability to generate leads and close deals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain client relationships.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and in a hybrid setup.
- Relevant certifications or training in insurance or financial planning are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is an added advantage.
