Pacific Life is hiring Licensed Financial Services Representatives in Charlotte, NC to serve as a trusted resource for policyholders and financial professionals navigating meaningful financial moments. This is a fully inbound role – no cold calling, no sales quotas, no book of business to maintain. Just meaningful work, a structured environment, and a clear path forward. Licensed candidates move to our hybrid schedule immediately – in office one day a week.
In this high‑volume phone role, you will handle approximately 40–60 inbound calls per day from policyholders, contract owners, and financial professionals. Your work helps ensure they receive accurate information, timely support, and a smooth experience when it matters most. The role requires FINRA SIE and Series 6/7 licenses.

What You’ll Do
- Handle 40–60 inbound calls daily from policyholders and financial professionals
- Provide guidance on policy transactions, account activity, and product details
- Research and resolve service requests with accuracy and professionalism
- Process requests and document interactions in internal systems
- Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers in real time
- Partner with internal teams to ensure timely resolution

What You Bring
- 1–2 years of customer‑facing experience (call center, banking, retail, hospitality, or similar)
- FINRA SIE and Series 6 or 7 licenses
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Comfort using multiple computer systems
- Ability to work in a structured, fast‑paced environment
What Makes You Stand Out
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in financial services or insurance
Compensation by Level
- Specialist: Charlotte: $30 - $32
- Sr. Specialist: Charlotte: $33 - $35
