Position Overview

The Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining operational conditions, administering, and evolving IT infrastructures (servers, workstations, and virtualized environments). They are involved throughout the entire system lifecycle: deployment, application packaging, operations, monitoring, security, and incident resolution.

Responsibilities

• Administer Windows and Linux servers, along with associated roles and services (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, LDAP)
• Package and deploy applications using Intune (package creation, deployment, compliance monitoring)
• Manage IT assets and end‑user workstations (GPO, Intune MDM, MECM, GLPI)
• Administer and evolve virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper‑V)
• Implement and operate storage solutions (NAS)
• Provide Level 2/3 support: diagnose and resolve incidents
• Document procedures and contribute to the continuous improvement of the infrastructure

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience and hold a 2‑ or 3‑year degree in IT (Bachelor’s level)
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and ITIL frameworks
• Technical skills include: Endpoint management & packaging — Intune MDM, Intune application packaging, GPO, MECM, GLPI, FOG
• ITSM tools: ServiceNow
• Strong interpersonal skills, solid abilities in documentation and incident analysis
• Responsible, autonomous, and detail‑oriented
• Technical English (documentation reading) — professional level is a plus
