Legal Internship: Research, Contracts & Process Innovation

We are seeking a LEGAL INTERN to support our legal team in its day‑to‑day activities and contribute to key projects as the company scales. In this role, you will gain exposure to a wide range of legal matters, from contract review to legal process structuring.

Responsibilities:

• Legal Monitoring & Research: Conduct legal monitoring and perform legal research on specific topics relevant to the company’s activities.
• Contract Support: Assist in the review of standard agreements and support the drafting and proofreading of simple contracts and legal documents.
• Legal Processes: Contribute to the implementation of legal processes to improve team efficiency and support the structuring of the legal function.
• Documentation Management: Help centralize, organize, and maintain legal documentation to ensure clarity, accessibility, and efficiency.
• Operational Legal Support: Assist with daily legal tasks across various areas of the business.
• Projects: Contribute to a specific legal project (if launched during the internship), such as process improvement or legal structuring initiatives.

Requirements:

We are looking for a motivated law student eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in Law (M2) or a Trainee Lawyer (EFB / Bar School candidate).
• Strong skills in legal research and legal writing.
• A rigorous, structured, and detail‑oriented mindset.
• A proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative.
• The ability to work independently as well as within a team.
• Experience with automation tools and a strong ability to streamline and optimize processes.
• English proficiency required.
• French is a plus.
