Legal Intern

We are seeking a Legal Intern to support our legal team in its day-to-day activities and contribute to key projects as we scale. In this role, you will gain exposure to a wide range of legal matters, from contract review to legal process structuring.

Responsibilities

• Legal Monitoring & Research: Conduct legal monitoring and perform legal research on specific topics relevant to the company’s activities
• Contract Support: Assist in the review of standard agreements and support the drafting and proofreading of simple contracts and legal documents
• Legal Processes: Contribute to the implementation of legal processes to improve team efficiency and support the structuring of the legal function
• Documentation Management: Help centralize, organize, and maintain legal documentation to ensure clarity, accessibility, and efficiency
• Operational Legal Support: Assist with daily legal tasks across various areas of the business
• Projects: Contribute to a specific legal project (if launched during the internship), such as process improvement or legal structuring initiatives

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in Law (M2) or are a Trainee Lawyer (EFB / Bar School candidate)
• Strong skills in legal research and legal writing
• A rigorous, structured, and detail-oriented mindset
• A proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative
• The ability to work independently as well as within a team
• Experience with automation tools and a strong ability to streamline and optimize processes
• English proficiency required
• French is a plus
