Role
Voodoo’s Corporate function is composed of five teams—HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, M&A, and Finance—working together to drive Voodoo’s success.
Responsibilities
- Support the HR team to ensure compliance with labor regulations within France and abroad (over 20 countries)
- Help perform legal analysis of operational practices
- Provide legal support to HR specialists regarding onboarding, offboarding, and daily labor matters
- Prepare regular updates on legal changes
- Map legal obligations towards employee representatives (CSE) with respect to regular consultation processes
- Prepare invites, agendas, and information notes for employee representatives; attend CSE meetings
- Participate in the preparation of company collective agreements or policies
Contract
- 6‑month internship starting in January 2026
- Bar students (PPI) are especially welcome
- No relocation program
Profile
- Fluent in both French and English
- Successful prior internship experience in Labor Law and a solid knowledge of French labor regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; demonstrates rigor, diplomacy, and a sense of confidentiality
- Good listening skills, availability, teamwork capability, and a good sense of humor will be valued assets
