Legal Intern – Internship

Responsibilities

• Support operational teams with clear legal analyses and recommendations
• Work on compliance for customer acquisition journeys
• Assist in managing contractual relationships with partners
• Contribute to compliance with data protection legislation (personal data)
• Serve as custodian for corporate governance matters (board, general meetings, formalities)
• Participate in automating legal processes

Requirements

• Law student (Master 2) in business law / digital law or attending bar school (PPI)
• Fluent in French and English (knowledge of Spanish and/or Italian is a plus)
• Previous experience in a law firm or in-house would be an advantage
• Pragmatic, proactive, adaptable, precise and thorough
