Legal Counsel (m/f) - Ethics & Compliance Location: Marignane, France. Permanent position, Professional level, Legal family. Job Description Reporting to the Head of Ethics & Compliance, you will join a team of eight and contribute to the overall activities of the department. This role focuses on ensuring the organization’s growth is built on the highest standards of integrity and compliance. Your Main Missions
Advisory & Business Support: pragmatic and trusted partner in managing Ethics & Compliance risks across civil and military markets, collaborating with Sales, Finance and Export Control. Risk Assessment & Management: conduct and update corruption risk mapping to identify, evaluate and prioritize risks. Third‑Party Due Diligence: support Third Parties Management for Sales Intermediaries, Lobbyists, Special Advisors, Channel Partners, Suppliers and Customers. Training & Culture: develop and deliver specialized training and promote a "Speak Up" culture. Monitoring & Internal Investigations: monitor compliance controls and participate in internal investigations or audits related to potential breaches of the Code of Conduct.
Your Profile
5–10 years of legal practice, specializing in Ethics & Compliance within an international industrial group or top‑tier law firm. Strong knowledge of international anti‑corruption regulations (US FCPA, UK Bribery Act, French Sapin II). Customer‑oriented mindset and ability to translate complex legal requirements into pragmatic advice. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders. Agility & execution: manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, adapt to evolving environment. Ownership & initiative: autonomy and proactive approach. Integrity & collaboration: high ethical standards, team spirit. Languages: full professional proficiency in English and French. Digital Tools: proficiency in digital tools and ability to embrace digital transformation initiatives.
