Overview
Senior Legal Counsel (m/f) – Airbus Helicopters, based in Marignane, France. Join the Legal Department to support the manufacturing and operations of Airbus Helicopters, with a focus on claims, contracting, and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities
- Handling of claims and litigations from and towards suppliers and customers (with support of the Legal Contracts team).
- Deploy and provide internal training on commercial claims; identify and implement ways to raise awareness and become a partner to internal stakeholders (procurement, sales).
- Draft legal risk assessment notes for internal stakeholders.
- Participate in negotiations with suppliers and customers in case of dispute to achieve resolution.
- Draft settlement agreements and negotiate settlements.
- Coordinate with external counsels and internal stakeholders to support litigation involving Airbus Helicopters, including product liability and criminal cases.
- Conduct discoveries for US litigation (document production and depositions).
Profile / Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an in-house or external legal counsel, specialized in contracts or litigation.
- Experience in industry and/or abroad is a plus.
- Fluent in English (written and oral; able to negotiate in English).
- Good communication skills; good team player; analytical skills; legal risk management.
