Airbus Helicopters is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel (m/f) to join the Legal Department based in Marignane, France.

Your main missions
- Handling of claims and litigations from and towards our suppliers and customers (with support of the Legal Contracts team).
- Deploy and provide training internally on commercial claims, be creative in identifying new ways to increase awareness and become a real partner to internal stakeholders (procurement, sales, …).
- Draft legal risk assessment notes to internal stakeholders.
- Participate in negotiations with suppliers and customers in case of dispute to ensure a resolution of the matter.
- Draft settlement agreements and negotiate such settlements.
- Coordinate with external counsels and internal stakeholders support to any litigation involving Airbus Helicopters including product liability and criminal cases.
- Conduct discoveries for US litigations (document production and depositions).
Your profile
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an in‑house or as legal counsel, specialised in contract or litigation.
- Experience in industry and/or abroad is a plus.
- Fluent in English (written and oral – able to negotiate in English).
- Good communication skills.
- Good team player.
- Analytical skills.
- Legal risks management.
