Key Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Bac+5 degree in Banking and\u0026or Financial Law.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in law firms, banks, or financial consulting structures.
- Skills: Excellent drafting skills in French; high proficiency in English.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Manage daily legal activities in coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders (banks, law firms, investors).

- Handle corporate secretarial duties and contribute to transversal projects.
