Your team & responsibilities

You will join the Legal department and provide support to the operational teams across the group, based in Paris, London, Berlin and Tangier. Your team will consist of Sophie, Head of Legal, and Matthieu, Legal Counsel.

Your missions\n\n

Drafting and negotiating contracts and amendments in English and French (distribution agreements, licence agreements, NDAs, rights assignment agreements) and managing the signing and archiving process;

Monitoring legal and regulatory developments in key areas of our sector: press, intellectual property, personal data, IT security, etc.

Advising operational teams on legal issues and drafting legal memos;
