Legal Counsel H/F
About Taster
Taster is Europe's leading Digital Food Brands company. We're not just a food business—it's a technology platform redefining what it means to eat in the digital age.
Our mission? To build iconic brands (such as Out Fry, Pepe Chicken, and Starsmash) designed specifically for food delivery and powered through a network of partner restaurants. We operate at the intersection of operational excellence, the creator economy, and technology.
Business justification
The hiring of a Legal Counsel is necessary to replace the person who resigned, and to support Taster's growth and its transition to a franchise model. This shift significantly increases the volume and complexity of legal work across our territories (franchise and master franchise agreements, pre contractual information documents, partnerships, supply agreements), and current legal team capacity is not sufficient to absorb it without risk to turnaround times and compliance quality.
Scope of the role
Contracts: drafting, review and negotiation of contracts such as franchise/master franchise documentation, licenses, partnership agreements (influencers, content creators, talent agencies), leases, supply agreements, amendments, NDAs, T&Cs and privacy policies.
Business support: day-to-day legal partnering with other company departments (Supply, Marketing, Development, IT, Commercial, etc.). Research, legal opinions, and advisory input in meetings.
General legal & process: improving internal legal processes and coordinating with outside counsel on legal matters (corporate, IP, litigation, etc.).
