Responsibilities

• Provide advisory and business support for ethics and compliance risks and opportunities across civil and military markets, collaborating closely with Sales, Finance, and Export Control.
• Implement third‑party due diligence for sales intermediaries, lobbyists, special advisors, channel partners, suppliers, and customers; review KYC/KYS alerts.
• Develop and deliver training sessions to promote a compliance culture among employees and third parties.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Business Law; specialization in Ethics & Compliance is a plus.
• Customer‑oriented mindset and ability to translate legal requirements into practical advice.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
• Adaptable and able to deliver timely support in a dynamic environment.
• Ownership and initiative: proactive in anticipating questions and raising concerns.
• High ethical standards, professional integrity, and a collaborative team spirit.

Languages & Digital Skills

• Full professional proficiency in English and French.
• Proficiency in digital tools and demonstrated ability to embrace digital transformation initiatives within a legal environment.
