Responsibilities
- Support the HR Department on all company-wide employment law matters
- Prepare for and participate in employee representative bodies (CSE, CSSCT — Social and Economic Committee and Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee)
- Contribute to constructive social dialogue
- Support implementation of collective agreements and unilateral employer decisions (DUE)
- Participate in the analysis and management of internal cases
- Draft, ensure the legal soundness of, and monitor contractual documents
- Coordinate the management of occupational illness cases
- Assist in handling sensitive individual situations
- Maintain active legal monitoring and provide legal advice and expertise
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Master\'s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in employment/social law
- Ability to analyze situations with a strategic perspective
- Strong organizational skills and rigorous prioritization
- Autonomy in handling and following up on cases
- Proactive in identifying and resolving issues
