Draft and provide strategic advice on contracts, including AI-related service agreementsNegotiate contracts with suppliers, partners, customers, and other stakeholdersMonitor product and AI-related legal and regulatory developmentsTranslate legal and regulatory developments into contract adaptation and negotiation guidanceCollaborate with technical and business teams to ensure legal and regulatory compliance in AI technology deploymentSupport other legal topics as needed, including labor law, corporate law, and competition lawReport to the General Counsel based in Paris

Requirements

• Master's degree in law
• Bar admission
• 3-5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in a related technology or AI-focused environment involving contract negotiation
• Good knowledge of data privacy and protection, including GDPR and related frameworks
• Knowledge of intellectual property, contract law and liability, regulatory and compliance
