Reporting to the Head of Legal, the successful candidate will handle a broad range of legal matters including drafting and reviewing commercial and employment contracts, ensuring GDPR compliance through privacy-by-design, managing corporate law events (board meetings, cap table management), and overseeing intellectual property procedures. The role is central to Joko's operations in France and its scaling efforts in the United States.Eligibility: Applicants must hold a Master's degree from a Tier 1 law university with a specialization in private law. Having passed the bar is considered an advantage. Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of experience, preferably including experience in a top-tier law firm.
