Your Impact:
- Contract Management: Review of all new contracts of any kind; management of the portfolio of leases, supplier contracts, and confidentiality agreements, including drafting legal documents.
- Corporate – Legal Secretariat: Organization and management of meetings of corporate bodies within the legal department’s scope, and maintenance of corporate records in general.
- Distribution & Competition: Providing internal support on all matters related to distribution, competition, and the company’s distribution networks; contributing to the resolution of disputes or issues related to distribution contracts, their execution, and their evolution.
- Litigation: Management of litigation files of all kinds, with or without external counsel, and monitoring litigation calendars.
- Compliance: Providing support for all compliance-related matters (Anti‑Corruption, GDPR, CSR, Ethics), responding to questions from operational teams, and participating in the implementation and monitoring of compliance programs.
- Insolvency proceedings / Debt recovery: Preparation and filing of claims, monitoring cases with judicial administrators/liquidators, enforcement of bank or personal guarantees, in coordination with the finance department.
- Insurance: Management of insurance topics and claims (property damage, civil liability, etc.), coordination with Risk Management Team, relevant operational teams and the insurance broker to ensure local implementation of the group insurance program.
- Advisory Role to Operational Departments: Supporting projects and the drafting of agreements and contracts, making recommendations in order to combine regulatory compliance with business needs, constraints, and company procedures.
Your Experience and Qualification:
- Master’s degree (LL.M.) in Business Law and compliance training
- 5 years of professional experience in business law and applicable regulations (contract law, distribution law, competition law, commercial law, corporate law, compliance etc.)
- Organizational skills, rigor, and responsiveness
- Analytical and synthesis skills. Good written and verbal communication skills
- Confidentiality and professional discretionCourtesy and diplomacy. Good communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team
