Legal Counsel

• Provide telephone legal guidance to individuals and businesses across all areas of law
• Conduct legal research using internal and external databases
• Identify appropriate legal solutions to address legal issues
• Assess clear-cut refusals of contractual coverage
• Complete comprehensive training on the company’s tools and methods
• Join the Contact Center team and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team

Requirements

• Master’s degree in private law, with a specialization in employment law or business law
• Strong verbal communication skills and comfortable communicating by phone
• Customer satisfaction-focused, with strong listening and empathy skills
• Comfortable using computer tools and software
• Able to work independently while maintaining a strong team spirit
• Experience in legal protection insurance or a law firm is an advantage, but recent graduates are welcome to apply
• Some Saturday and evening work required, with shifts potentially extending until 8:00 p.m.
