Legal Counsel

Swisslog Healthcare France, part of the KUKA Group (global leader in automation with 15,000 employees worldwide), is looking for a Legal Counsel to join our growing team in France.

Reporting to: Legal Team in Switzerland

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal and contractual support to the sales team for public and private tenders.
• Draft, review, and manage contract templates and commercial agreements, including NDAs, distribution agreements, sales contracts, and consulting agreements.
• Advise internal stakeholders on public law, commercial law, and contractual matters.
• Support the company on general administrative and legal compliance matters.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure legal and business alignment.

Requirements

• Law degree with experience in commercial and contract law.
• Knowledge of public procurement/tender processes is preferred.
• Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.
• Fluent in English (C1 level); French proficiency required.
• Customer-focused, detail-oriented, responsive, and proactive mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
