Main Responsibilities

• Providing legal support to our team on a variety of business sectors such as Renewable energy, Telecom, Enterprise, Cloud Computing.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various agreements: Sales Contract (Frame, Distribution, Participation, Implementation Contracts); Procurement Agreements (T&Cs, FPA, MPA, PPA).
• Contribute to the development and improvement of templates and internal guidelines.
• Supporting compliance related topics: Labor, Environment, Anti-Bribery.
• Handling disputes: Support the resolution of pre-litigation matters and contractual disputes; Deploy and provide trainings on claim management.
• Providing strong support to the Huawei Compliance Program across various topics such as Labor, Environment, Anti-Bribery (Sapin 2).

Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer/legal counsel.
• At least 5 years’ experience as Legal Counsel in a national/international company in the telecommunication or energy sector or as a lawyer in a law firm.
• Excellent drafting, analytic and negotiation skills with a strong commercial sense and a flexible hands‑on approach.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (legal English) and French.
• Able to work autonomously and proactively.
• Keen to be challenged in a fast‑paced, commercial environment with multinational staff.
