Main Responsibilities

• Provide legal support to our teams across business sectors such as renewable energy, telecom, enterprise, and cloud computing.
• Draft, review and negotiate various agreements including sales contracts (frame, distribution, participation, implementation) and procurement agreements (T&Cs, FPA, MPA, PPA).
• Contribute to the development and improvement of templates and internal guidelines.
• Support compliance‑related topics: labour, environment, anti‑bribery.
• Handle disputes: support the resolution of pre‑litigation matters and contractual disputes, deploy and provide training on claim management.
• Provide strong support to Huawei’s Compliance Program on topics such as environment and anti‑bribery (Sapin 2).

Requirements

• Fully qualified lawyer/legal counsel.
• At least 5 years’ experience as Legal Counsel in a national or international company in the telecommunications or energy sector or as a lawyer in a law firm.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and negotiation skills with strong commercial sense and flexible, hands‑on approach.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (legal English) and French.
• Ability to work autonomously and proactively.
• Keen to be challenged in a fast‑paced, commercial environment with multinational staff.
