Legal Advisor - Global m/f/d CDD

THE TEAM

Team Name & Location: Legal Team - Paris (scope: global).

Team Composition: A team of 3 within the G&A department. You’ll report to the Head of Legal, work closely with another Legal Advisor, and benefit from the support of an experienced external French lawyer.

Role Overview: We’re seeking a new legal counsel to join the legal team, who’ll help us negotiate agreements with various stakeholders across AB Tasty France and its subsidiaries, and ensure AB Tasty’s compliance with applicable regulations such as the GDPR and the AI Act.

Tech Stack & Tools: Contract templates, contract management tools, compliance questionnaires, and internal legal documentation tools.

Additional Information: No travel required.

YOUR MISSION

• Manage the review, negotiation, and drafting of a wide variety of contracts including T&Cs, license agreements, partnership deals, NDAs, and marketing agreements for HQ and subsidiaries.
• Build and maintain effective internal policies, processes, and compliance documentation in collaboration with the DPO and security teams.
• Drive legal support across departments to ensure alignment with commercial objectives and compliance standards.
• Lead the development and updating of company legal documents, training materials, and internal legal frameworks.
• Liaise with internal business teams, presales, compliance, and external stakeholders on legal and privacy matters.
• Act as a key legal advisor within the organization, supporting daily operations and long‑term risk management.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Proven experience in contract law, data privacy, and commercial legal support, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Confidence in handling diverse legal topics including IP, compliance, and RFP legal aspects.
• Eagerness to learn in a fast‑paced environment, adapt legal knowledge to business needs, and contribute proactively to cross‑functional teams.
