Job title: LEDP Data Continuity Analyst
Location: Lyon or Gentilly, FranceType: Permanent, Full-time, Hybrid
Overview: The LEDP Data Continuity Expert is responsible for ensuring end‑to‑end data continuity across the LEDP ecosystem, designing and enabling seamless integration between LEDP and enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, MDM, and Technology Transfer solutions to ensure reliable, consistent, and compliant data flows.
Responsibilities
- Bridge Design – Lead functional design of interfaces between LEDP and core systems (ERP, MES, MDM, Tech Transfer).
- Orchestration – Define triggers and mechanisms for data push or pull between systems.
- Process Mapping – Map end‑to‑end Technical Transfer process to match physical industrial reality.
- Data Semantic & Consistency – Ensure data fields in LEDP align with fields in ERP and enforce Single Source of Truth principles.
- Functional & Project Leadership – Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical/digital teams, identify gaps in current data flow, and propose automated solutions.
- UAT Oversight – Support User Acceptance Testing to ensure data arriving in main activity systems is fit‑for‑purpose.
- GxP Compliance & Data Integrity – Align all data continuity flows with Sanofi’s Quality standards and global Health Authority requirements.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Information Systems.
- 3–4+ years of experience in business data analysis or functional data roles.
- Strong data and system integration expertise (PLM, ERP, MES, MDM).
- Good understanding of PLM platforms, ideally Dassault 3DEXPERIENCE.
- Experience in manufacturing or pharmaceutical environments.
- Solid knowledge of business process mapping and end‑to‑end data flows.
- Familiarity with GxP and data integrity principles.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in Agile, international, and cross‑functional teams.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); French proficiency strongly preferred.
