About Forward College

Forward College is a pan‑European Higher Education Institution (Lisbon, Paris, Berlin) that promotes relational pedagogy (100% small group teaching and 1:1 tutoring). As an academic partner of the University of London (LSE and King’s College), we teach Bachelor’s academic degrees to bright students who wish to achieve academic excellence, but also nurture other forms of intelligence (social, emotional, and practical). As a degree‑awarding institution, Forward College also offers its own program, the Open Bachelor.

About the job

Our teaching approach is based on a relational approach:

  • Strong focus on high‑quality teaching. All of our teaching is in small classes with an average of 15 students per class.
  • Flipped classroom teaching

We are seeking an academic or experienced professional to teach this intermediate course in Core Management Concepts whose curriculum is defined by the London School of Economics.

This course is term‑long and consists of 22 seminar sessions (lasting 2 hours each) with 1 group of Year 2 students coming from many different countries.

You will be responsible for

  • Designing and delivering the seminars adopting the flipped classroom approach based on LSE learning material and syllabus;
  • Designing and grading four formative assessments that will support students in achieving learning outcomes throughout the academic year;
  • Organising and providing 2 series of one‑on‑one tutoring sessions to students (20 mins per student), twice in the term.

Additional teaching will be available in subsequent academic years to provide for growing student numbers.

Your Profile

  • You should have a passion for teaching and engaging students, be curious about new ways of teaching, have excellent interpersonal skills, and have the ability to interact well with the international student body and staff.
  • You will also have demonstrated expertise/experience in marketing, experience in teaching in similar contexts, and an excellent level of English.

Application Deadline: May 15th 2026

Forward College values social, cultural, ethnic, and gender diversity. Where qualifications and personal abilities are deemed equivalent, preference will be given to candidates from underrepresented groups.
