Leasing & Resident Experience Specialist

CAPREIT is seeking a friendly Leasing Specialist to be the frontline ambassador for our residential communities. You will own the leasing process from inquiry to move-in, address concerns, and help residents feel at home.

This role requires 1–2 years in customer service or sales, a high school diploma, and proficiency with MS Office; SAP is a plus. Evening and weekend work and a valid driver’s license may be required.
