Leasing & Renewals Specialist

Dormont Manufacturing Co is hiring for a leasing coordinator responsible for managing marketing, leasing, and resident satisfaction strategies at our properties. This role includes performing sales activities, ensuring apartments are ready for new residents, implementing marketing plans, and following up with residents.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience with property management software, and a valid driver’s license. Compensation is competitive, ranging from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, with additional benefits including medical insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.
