Leasing & Renewal Specialist

Dormont Manufacturing Co is looking for a Leasing Coordinator in France, Nouvelle-Calédonie. This role involves coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to maximize community occupancy and revenue. You will conduct leasing activities, ensure resident satisfaction, and follow up on lease renewals.

The ideal candidate should have relevant licenses, sales experience, and be familiar with property management software like OneSite and Yardi. A valid driver’s license is also required.
