Leasing & Marketing Coordinator

Greystar is seeking a part-time Leasing and Marketing Coordinator for The Hominy community, with coverage across the Asheville region. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal activities to meet occupancy and revenue goals, conduct tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth move-in for residents.

The role requires strong customer service, on-site property management software proficiency (OneSite, Yardi), and the ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekend
