At the AXA Group GIE headquarters in Paris, we support our subsidiaries worldwide by coordinating the Group's strategy, applying standards, ensuring consistent commercial approaches, and sharing best practices.

You will join the Group Learning department, responsible for defining the training strategy for the entire AXA Group. Within that department, you will be part of the GIE Learning & Development team, reporting to the L&D Manager.

Responsibilities

• Participate in cross‑functional projects within the GIE L&D team to design programs and content adapted to identified needs, using various pedagogical methods.
• Monitor the evolution of professions and educational tools to enrich the training offer.
• Ensure the reliability of data communicated to various instances and integrated into training plan follow‑ups.
• Collaborate with the Training Manager to develop the training plan for GIE AXA employees by creating and improving training content.
• Coordinate, deploy, and ensure the proper implementation of internal and external training actions, including logistics.
• Collaborate closely with Learning Partners, Group Learning teams, and HR teams on all assigned cross‑functional topics.
• Obtain feedback from trainees to improve training programs.
• Animate existing communities to promote training actions.
• Interact with service providers.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of the professional training environment and various pedagogical proposals.
• 2 years of experience in a training module design or educational engineering position.
• Knowledge of training plan functioning and budget monitoring, using tools such as Excel and PowerBI.
• Good understanding of e‑learning environments and innovative technologies.
• Project management knowledge.
• Fluent English.
