Learning Operations Manager — Scale Education & Certification

Pigment is seeking a Learning Operations Manager to scale customer, partner, and certification education across our ecosystem. You will own operations, automate workflows, and drive certification growth with cross-functional teams in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

You’ll manage the LMS and learning tech, design scalable processes, and use AI-driven methods to improve learner engagement, progress, and program outcomes.
