The Learning and Development (L&D) Manager will design, implement, and manage learning initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to align programs with business goals and add value. Responsibilities include managing HRIS and LMS (Talentsoft-CEGID).

Main tasks and duties:

  • Develop professional learning programs aligned with business strategy.
  • Coordinate with leadership to meet business needs in L&D.
  • Design and deliver upskilling workshops and programs.
  • Select appropriate learning methodologies for diverse needs.
  • Manage L&D projects, including campaigns and engagement surveys.
  • Oversee HRIS and LMS data related to L&D.
  • Monitor and report on L&D metrics, proposing improvements.
  • Liaise with vendors and third-party providers.
  • Supervise performance management and succession planning initiatives.
  • Oversee L&D frameworks and competency matrices.
  • Identify critical skills for current and future needs.
  • Draft communications and presentations related to L&D.
  • Promote best practices and continuous improvement in L&D activities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across locations.
