Key Responsibilities
- LMS & Resource Management – manage 360Learning (technical support, vendor relations, user queries)
- Community Lead – support learning content owners to drive engagement
- Content Audit – maintain L&D resources on Notion and slide decks for brand alignment and accuracy
- Data & Analytics – maintain dashboards, deliver performance reports, synthesize survey feedback to drive program improvements
- Operational Excellence – manage end‑to‑end training logistics: scheduling, room bookings, and virtual setups
- Internal Communications – draft bi‑monthly L&D newsletter and curate the Slack editorial line through polls and best‑practice discussions
About You
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree or a gap year programme from a Business School or a specialised HR degree, with first experience in L&D development in a fast‑paced environment
- Tech‑savvy – comfortable with LMS and Google Sheets for reporting
- Eager to leverage AI to automate tasks and scale learning impact
- Fluent in English
- High level of rigor and attention to detail
- Curious, proactive, self‑starter approach
- Adaptable to change and comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders
How to Join the Mission
- Initial call with Sarah, Talent Acquisition specialist (30 minutes)
- Second interview with Sandrine DO COUTO, Head of L&D (30‑45 minutes)
- Presentation of one use case with the future team (45 minutes to 1 hour)
