Role Overview

The Learning Delivery Manager leads the execution of diverse learning programmes, reinforcing Deloitte's culture and values. As a key member of the Delivery Management team, the manager ensures an exceptional development experience and coordinates with various teams and stakeholders to achieve business and learning objectives for each delivery.

Programme Execution & Operations

  • Manage end-to-end programme delivery from pre‑programme logistics to post‑programme evaluation, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for participants and faculty.
  • Ensure delivery meets business outcomes and learning objectives.
  • Support agile, local and exceptional programme deliveries across EMEA (virtual and onsite).
  • Lead delivery teams (Junior Delivery Managers, coordinators, vendors).
  • Lead onboarding and ongoing support of facilitators, Deans, speakers and mentors.
  • Facilitate briefings, plenaries and daily debriefs.
  • Handle escalations from delegates and faculty.
  • Evaluate facilitator performance and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure optimal delegate‑to‑facilitator ratios and manage last‑minute changes (replacements, cancellations).
  • Oversee onsite opening and closing of programme deliveries.
  • Act as onsite escalation point for incidents, emergencies and ethical issues.
  • Review evaluations, track metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships across DU EMEA, member firms, faculty, Châteauform and service providers.
  • Coordinate with geography learning leaders to confirm attendance and delegate nominations.
  • Partner with Curriculum Managers to implement programme updates and enhance learning impact.
  • Collect and analyse feedback from participants and faculty.
  • Share insights and recommendations to improve delivery quality.
  • Ensure clear communication of programme objectives and content to facilitators.

Financial Stewardship

  • Manage programme budgets with ownership mindset.
  • Track spend against financial plans and ensure compliance.
  • Escalate deviations or discrepancies when required.
  • Review and approve supplier invoices.
  • Identify cost optimisation and process improvement opportunities.

Industry Curriculum

  • Oversee coordination across programmes during Industry weeks.
  • Select and schedule vendors for cross‑programme networking activities.
  • Collaborate with Industry Deans to prepare speakers and ensure session design is followed.
  • Manage Spotlight sessions: speaker onboarding, facilitation, AV setup and hosting.
  • Manage simulations and learning activities with external vendors and stakeholders.

Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a learning & development role.
  • Proven experience managing and delivering learning programmes in a cross‑cultural environment.
  • Experience working with Deloitte EMEA member firms learning teams is highly desirable.

Education & Languages

  • Bachelor's degree in learning or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Fluency in English is required. French is an advantage.

  • Possesses mastery in storytelling, communicating in a compelling narrative to demonstrate value.

Location & Terms

Flexible, working remotely from any Deloitte office location with frequent travel to Deloitte University EMEA facility in Bailly‑Romainvilliers required.

Contract type: Full‑time, permanent.

Start date: As soon as possible.
