WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Design and develop engaging learning experiences for both people managers and individual contributors, applying industry best practices in learning and instructional design.
- Support the end-to-end delivery of learning programs across retail, corporate, and distribution center populations, ensuring smooth coordination and high-quality execution.
- Administer and leverage learning technologies and tools, including Workday LMS, Articulate, Canva, and SOLE intranet survey platforms, to deliver scalable and effective learning solutions.
- Source, adapt, and curate third‑party learning content for both instructor‑led training and eLearning programs aligned with strategic business priorities.
- Partner with stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies to understand capability needs and ensure learning solutions are aligned with business objectives.
- Track, analyze, and report learning metrics, including engagement, completion, and ROI indicators, to evaluate program effectiveness and business impact.
- Continuously evaluate learning programs using feedback and data insights, making recommendations and improvements to increase relevance and effectiveness.
- Support broader learning, organizational development, and transformation initiatives as required, contributing to enterprise‑wide capability building.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- Strong experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or HR, with a focus on learning design, delivery, and evaluation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong planning, coordination, and prioritization skills.
- Experience working in a matrixed, multinational environment with diverse stakeholders across countries and functions.
- Strong facilitation skills, with experience delivering both virtual and in‑person learning sessions.
- Proficiency in learning and design tools such as Workday LMS, Articulate, Canva, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret learning data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels.
- Self‑directed, resourceful, and proactive approach with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Education, or a related field.
- Relevant professional experience in Learning & Development, HR, Communication or Organizational Development, including learning design and delivery.
- Experience working in retail or multi‑site environments is an advantage.
- Strong proficiency in English; bilingual English/French strongly preferred, with additional European languages considered a plus.
- Experience using learning management systems and digital learning tools (e.g., Workday LMS, Articulate, Canva).
- Proven ability to support learning initiatives that improve performance, engagement, and organizational capability.
- Experience working across diverse, multicultural, and geographically dispersed teams.
