Lean Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in process analysis, identify waste, propose solutions and implementations;
• Lead and help to implement continuous improvement initiatives in the different areas;
• Identify opportunities and implement them in the manufacturing or installation process, factory layout management accordingly the product portfolio and forecast, 5S program management (factory and office) and factory KPI management;
• Lead teams in implementing solutions.

Your profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma Green Belt;
• 5 years of experience;
• Training in leadership and team management;
• Lean Management;
• Solid knowledge of Lean methodologies;
• Proficiency in process analysis;
• Strong understanding of continuous improvement tools;
• Autonomy and Proactivity;
• Persuasion and Negotiation;
• Teamwork;
• Results Orientation;
• Resilience.
