Lean Manufacturing Engineer for Quantum Production

Quandela is seeking a hands-on Lean engineer to drive scalable industrial output in Massy. You will adapt Lean to a complex, high-tech environment with long cycles, cleanroom constraints and yield targets.

Responsibilities include mapping value streams, reducing lead time, deploying pull/WIP, and leading structured problem solving (PDCA, DMAIC, 5 Why). Fluent French and professional English required; hybrid work with onsite Massy and occasional remote days.
