Leadership Trainer (M/F)

Job description:

MISSION

You develop and facilitate individual and collective development solutions related to leadership, management, culture, and transformation.

You work closely with a Back Office team to implement these solutions.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Listen to, analyze, challenge, and structure the needs of internal clients.
• Propose, design, and facilitate solutions that address identified needs.
• Develop innovative learning approaches for both in-person and remote delivery.
• Identify, assess, train, and coordinate a network of internal and external facilitators.
• Draft specifications and launch calls for tender in partnership with Procurement; select service providers in line with price/quality guidelines.
• Lead complex training projects, ensuring follow-up from design through deployment.
• Develop training materials and write the communication content required to promote them.
• Evaluate implemented learning solutions and continuously improve them.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

With a Master’s degree (Bachelor’s +5 years of higher education), you have at least 10 years of professional experience in training and facilitating solutions in the field of leadership.

Your listening, questioning, analytical, and synthesis skills enable you to accurately define needs.

You are comfortable working with both Top Management and operational teams.

You are proactive, confident in negotiations, and skilled in persuasion techniques.

Your creativity, teaching ability, and strong teamwork and project management skills enable you to deliver innovative, pragmatic, and client-oriented solutions.

Respected by your peers, you know how to leverage your interpersonal skills to build your network and effectively manage complex situations across a wide range of topics.

You are proficient in standard office software.

You are fluent in both written and spoken English and French, and you are able to facilitate sessions in both languages.
