Job Description
Welcome in the Commercial, Digital & Tech department. Our mission is to elevate guest experience and drive revenue for hotels and owners worldwide, at the lowest costs and sustainably. We are looking for a Lead Transversal Project Manager to drive new strategic initiatives and critical projects/programs for the department.
Responsibilities
- Strategic and impact studies: analyze business opportunities, conduct operational and digital impact assessments to inform decisions and prioritize by value.
- Market intelligence and benchmarking: conduct market analyses and benchmarks to identify optimization and innovation opportunities for our products.
- Decision support: qualify, arbitrate and prioritize initiatives with a shared cross‑functional approach in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Lead and coordinate all expertise areas (business, operations, product, engineering, data, support, etc.) at all organizational levels up to C‑level.
- Ensure project scoping and overall management of initiatives impacting multiple products.
- Establish and facilitate governance bodies and steering committees.
- Monitor and verify project progress (quality / cost / timeline) and compliance with specifications.
- Provide regular reporting to sponsors and business owners.
Qualifications
- Around 7 years of cross‑functional program and project management experience with a strong strategic dimension.
- Proven ability to structure strategic thinking and deliver business insights.
- Ability to manage projects and programs at scale.
- Autonomous and proactive; take initiative and anticipate needs without waiting for directives.
- Results orientation; determination to achieve objectives with excellence, constructively challenge visions and propose relevant approaches.
- Consistent commitment to deliverable quality and meeting commitments.
- Agility and flexibility: quickly adapt to changing contexts and priorities.
- Analysis and synthesis capability: understand business challenges and produce actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communicator, oral and written, who brings clarity and can adapt to a wide range of stakeholders.
