Lead Test Atlassian / ServiceNow
Role Overview
We are recruiting a Lead Test Atlassian / ServiceNow in CDI in Paris. You will play a key role in optimizing and securing collaborative platforms and service management for a major player in finance. You will be responsible for the qualification strategy, automation, and campaign management of tests on Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) environments interconnected with ServiceNow.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include analyzing functional and technical requirements, providing technical expertise, accompanying test and development teams, and actively participating in the design and execution of test plans.

Requirements
- In-depth mastery of the Atlassian ecosystem: Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence
- Solid knowledge of ServiceNow: Understanding of the platform, ITSM/ITIL modules, and the native automation tool ATF (Automated Testing Framework)
- Proven skills in implementing automated tests and scripts (API REST, Jira-ServiceNow integrations, JQL queries)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines: Understanding of integrating automated tests into continuous deployment cycles
- Mastery of ISTQB concepts and test methodologies
