Mission Et Description De Tâches
En tant que Lead Technologies des Matériaux vous serez rattaché(e) au responsable du département « Technologies des Matériaux » au sein de l'ingénierie Subsea.

Vous aurez en charge la coordination des activités d'ingénierie des disciplines technologiques (corrosion & sélection matériaux, matériaux métalliques, revêtements et matériaux non-métalliques, protection cathodique) au sein du département.

Vous effectuerez cette coordination sur Appels d'Offres, FEED et Projets en exécution où vous rapporterez au Responsable Technique et interfacerez avec les clients internes et externes.

Vos Missions Principales Seront Les Suivantes

• Planifier et coordonner l'activité d'ensemble des disciplines technologiques en matériaux ;
• S'assurer de la mobilisation suffisante en nombre et en compétences des ressources ;
• Collaborer étroitement et interfacer efficacement avec les autres départements / entités dans et en dehors de l'ingénierie et les clients ;
• Proposer des solutions technologiques pertinentes et compétitives avec le support des disciplines technologiques, dans le respect des exigences QA/QC et HSE applicables ;
• Être le garant de l'adéquation de ces solutions aux besoins des clients internes ou externes ;
• S'assurer de la réalisation des activités d'ingénierie des disciplines technologiques dans le respect des budgets et des délais impartis ;
• Contrôler le suivi des heures d'ingénierie dépensées et permettre l'identification d'activités non programmées pouvant donner lieu à des Variation Orders internes ou externes ;
• Participer activement à la préparation et la dissémination des retours d'expériences dans les disciplines technologiques.

PROFIL

• Vous êtes issu(e) d'une formation ingénieur ou Bac+5 dans le domaine des matériaux ou équivalent ;
• Vous justifiez d'une expérience significative en ingénierie des matériaux métalliques et/ou non métalliques dans l'offshore / subsea ;
• Vous pouvez justifier également d'une expérience réussie en coordination d'équipe ;
• Vous êtes dynamique, entreprenant(e) et organisé(e) ;
• De bonnes aptitudes relationnelles, à la communication et de leadership sont essentielles pour réussir dans ce poste ;
• Une bonne qualité de reporting est également indispensable ;
• Vous parlez couramment anglais ;
• Des missions en France et à l'étranger sont possibles.

Mission And Tasks Description
Acting as Materials Technologies Lead, you will report to the head of the "Materials Technologies" department within Subsea Engineering.

You will be responsible for coordinating the engineering activities of the technological disciplines (corrosion & materials selection, metallic materials, coatings and non-metallic materials, cathodic protection) within the department.

You will carry out this coordination activity on tenders, FEEDs and projects in execution, under the responsibility of the Technical Manager and you will interface with internal and external customers.

Your Main Tasks Will Be To

• Coordinate and plan the overall activities of the technological disciplines;
• Ensure sufficient resources are mobilized in numbers and skills;
• Collaborate and interface efficiently with other departments/entities within and outside engineering, and with clients;
• Propose, with the support of technological disciplines, innovative and competitive technological solutions, in compliance with applicable QA/QC and HSE requirements;
• Ensure that these solutions meet the needs of internal and external customers;
• Ensure engineering activities for technologies are carried out in compliance with budget and schedule;
• Monitor engineering manhours spent and identify unplanned activities that may give rise to Variations Orders;
• Participate actively in the preparation and sharing of REX and Lessons Learned.

PROFILE

• Master or Engineering degree in the field of Materials;
• Skills in metallic and/or non-metallic materials engineering in offshore / subsea,
• Good leadership skills with a previous experience in coordinating a group of specialists;
• Teamwork, communication and problem solving attitude are essential interpersonal skills for the role;
• Good reporting skills are also essential;
• Fluent in English;
• Missions in France and abroad possible.
