Lead Technical Product Owner: Roadmaps & Team Growth

Legrand is seeking a Lead Technical Product Owner to drive the development of complex features and shape the backlog within a wide functional domain. You will lead a small team of TPOs, mentor members, and steer architectural decisions to align with long-term platform strategy.

You will balance trade-offs between scope, time, and quality, define milestones, and coordinate across multiple teams to deliver high-impact products while evolving the roadmap for future requirements.
