Lead Supply Officer (m/f)

Overview

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Lead Supply Officer (f/m) to join our PIOYF department based in Toulouse, France. You will be part of a team developing supply management activities for the Saint-Eloi Plant (Pylon and APF Assembly). As part of the PIOYF Team, you will be involved in supplier operations management aiming at securing Aircraft deliveries on time and Quality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the operational supply activity of a team managing over 20 suppliers and nearly 4,000 part references (machined or formed parts).
• Act as the 1st level of operational escalation for the commodity and serve as the main advisor for portfolio parameters.
• Launch and monitor purchase orders (daily operational steering).
• Monitor supplier performance through short, medium, and long-term action plans.
• Drive inventory strategy by setting up article parameters in line with stock security strategies (safety stock, safety lead times).
• Analyze backlogs using LoB (Line of Balance) monitoring.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration within Multi-Functional Teams (Procurement, SCQM, Conformance Management, Program, and Planning) and guide teams through change management for new ways of working.

Qualifications

• Background in Supply Chain, or equivalent technical expertise. Strong mastery of End-to-End Supply Chain principles and extended supply chain concepts.
• Proficient with SAP PEA/PGI (Planning and Procurement modules) and familiar with supplier collaboration tools (Ordering Cockpit, Air Supply).
• Solid digital skills, including advanced proficiency with the Google Suite, with a passion for digitalization and process improvement.
• Professional proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing) combined with strong teamwork, organization, responsiveness, and leadership skills.
