Responsibilities

• Maintains a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Embodies Coach values and increases brand awareness, supporting the implementation of company initiatives.
• Monitors and analyzes sales data, identifies trends, and recommends actions to enhance store performance.
• Leads the creation of winning teams, establishes trust, maintains integrity, and fosters an inclusive culture.
• Supports recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high‑level training as needed.
• Provides feedback and guidance to improve individual performance at all levels, holding the team accountable for achieving goals.
• Enforces compliance with company policies, procedures, and store operational standards.
• Assists in executing innovative strategies for exceptional customer experiences, both internally and externally.
• Mentors the team on clienteling strategy to build long‑term customer relationships.
• Provides HR and conflict resolution support to the team and district in the absence of leadership.
• Champions company resources to support a healthy work environment for internal customers.

Salary Range

Base Range: €27,000.00 – €45,000.00. The salary range reflects full‑time equivalent base pay for this position at the time of posting, in accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive. For part‑time roles, compensation will be pro‑rated based on contracted hours.
