Responsibilities

  • Maintains a strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

  • Monitors and analyzes sales data, identifies trends, and recommends actions to enhance store performance.

  • Provides feedback and guidance to improve individual performance at all levels, holding the team accountable for achieving goals.

  • Mentors the team on clienteling strategy to build long‑term customer relationships.

Salary Range

Base Range: €27,000.00 – €45,000.00. The salary range reflects full‑time equivalent base pay for this position at the time of posting, in accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive. For part‑time roles, compensation will be pro‑rated based on contracted hours.
