What you’ll do

• Architect and oversee technical solutions that align with client business objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex integration challenges.
• Provide expert guidance on the Klaviyo platform to ensure optimal performance and adoption.
• Act as a technical consultant for high-value accounts, translating requirements into actionable configurations.
• Maintain deep knowledge of the Klaviyo ecosystem to support sophisticated marketing and data strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a solution engineering or technical consulting capacity.
• Strong technical background with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Expertise in API integrations and data-driven marketing technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Commitment to the Klaviyo core values, including a customer-first mindset and a focus on meticulous craft.

Skills & tools

• Proficiency with APIs and web technologies.
• Experience with marketing automation platforms or CRM systems.
• Familiarity with data segmentation and analytics tools.
• Understanding of the ecommerce tech stack.
