Lead Site Superintendent, Commercial Construction

HITT Contracting is seeking an experienced Superintendent to direct on-site workflow, uphold safety and quality standards, and act as the primary on-site leader for construction projects.

You will coordinate with project teams, manage subcontractors, track schedules, and ensure safe, timely delivery while maintaining client relations. A four-year degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in commercial construction, and proficiency with ProCore, BlueBeam, and MS Office are required.
